Have you ever wanted to track the organizations, the horse shows and your results at those shows? NOW YOU CAN! This was one of the most requested features I have received and I’m really happy to provide it in the app. Wow, just think of all those ribbons on your wall or in your drawers. Now you can easily track your progress and see your success over time! Enjoy!

Below are the steps in using the Award tracker quickly.
- From the Mini App menu, you will see the new Awards icon. Just tap it.
2. You’ll see this screen without awards when you first start. Tap the ORGS button to search for or add an Organization that hosts the show.
3. You can search for an Organization using the search box and if you don’t see it, you can tap the Plus + icon in the upper right to add one. You’ll need to FOLLOW an organization you wish to track a show and award against.

4. Tap the see shows button or close the screen and tap the SHOWS button. You can search for an Show using the search box and if you don’t see it, you can tap the Plus + icon in the upper right to add one. You’ll need to FOLLOW a Show you wish to track an award against.

5. And now finally awards, you can tap the Plus + icon in the upper right to add one. In here you can add all the classes you will be competing in. Then after you compete, you can tap the award and quickly update the placing and other specific class information.

I’m busy working on the next big update to The Equestrian App for Farriers! I thought it would be nice to share the progress as I work towards launching these features the 1st week of January.
The Equestrian App is all about connecting people in the care and enjoyment of the horse and that includes all those equine businesses that support these horses. The first week of December of 2018 I released features for equine business that board horses. Within just a couple weeks, the signups for these boarding businesses has been fantastic with over 1,000 stalls being created and horses associated to them. The Equestrian App is helping these boarding businesses get staff all on the same page providing the best care for the horses in their barns alone with connecting them back to their owners that miss them. All these new boarding features are FREE too!

Now as I move onto the Farrier business, I’ve been creating custom calendars, horse lists, detailed visit history capture with pictures and a running history of visits with each horse. These are really powerful features for Farriers because it not only documents the visit and leave behind details horse owning customers with love, but it also provides a visit history so farriers are always in the know about every horse they care for.
Again, all these awesome features for Farriers will be FREE too! It goes with our mission of connecting everyone around the care and enjoyment of the horse.
New release today! I’m turning on features to support all the equine businesses out there within The Equestrian App. Today we released features for boarding facilities that will greatly increase the communication in the barn, provide the right feedings to each specific horses needs, along with special care instructions and emergency contact information for the horses. These features greatly increase the efficiencies in the barn along with providing the best care and services for our equine customers.

Being a person that had and sold an #analytics company, I realized a long time ago on how important data is to a company, especially a #startup. A little over a month ago, I officially released The Equestrian App and let it settle for a couple weeks while the last few bugs where discovered.
Over the past 3 weeks, I’ve been spending more time focused on getting the word out and it is awesome to look at a map with the registrations on it. Looks like I’m doing a heck of a job in the pacific northwest where I live! And, I’m getting close to getting a person in every state too! The amazing thing to watch is people using the app inviting other people to use it and connect to their horses.
I’ve been very focused on the United States of course, but the app is now being used in 12 other countries included Xàbia, Africa. I love it! Just amazing to see something you personally create being installed and used around the world in providing better care for horses. We ring the dinner bell every time there is a new user in a new country and state!
