Well, my ISP decided a couple weeks ago to migrate the server that our blog was on to a new hosting platform. Well, we all know what will happen, right?! Yep, we went offline for over 10 days. Kills me! The ISP was absolutely no help in resolving the issues they caused. Their offshore support was a joke.
So we took matters in our own hands and moved away from that ISP. They will NEVER get another dime from me. To bad, I was a loyal customer for 10 years. Amazing what can happen if you don’t listen to your customers… Lesson learned and we will listen and listen and then listen again to our customers going forward when we provide service to them.
