The answer is a simple YES, if you don’t mind having a separate Windows Server running in the lab or your server room. We have had some customers where their corporate portal standard was Sun One, WebSphere and a Custom .NET application. They wanted to use BSM, but didn’t want to swap out the portal.
We have done this in the past, just create a stand alone Windows Server 2003 with Windows SharePoint Services installed and deployed with your BSM environment to it. Create your scorecard pages and then open them up in FrontPage and delete all the SharePoint site elements off it leaving a basic page with just your BSM WebParts on it.
Then, within your favorite Portal solution, just Frame the BSM Server pages and Whola!, you have BSM in a NON-Microsoft portal solution.
